Women shall not be penalized in their conditions of employment because they require maternity leave. Childbearing is a justifiable reason for leave of absence for a female employee for a reasonable period of time. Following childbirth, and upon signifying her intent to return within a reasonable time, such female employee shall be reinstated to her original position or a position of like status and pay without penalty. Men shall also be given the right for paternity leave of a reasonable duration following the birth of their children.

Sexual harassment or any other kind of harassment including harassment based on sexual orientation will not be tolerated at Steele Foundation, LLC.
