Paul Pacheco

Since joining Steele Foundation as an intern in 2025, Paul has steadily grown into a trusted contributor to the firm’s engineering and field operations. Known for his patience, optimism, and commitment to continuous improvement, Paul supports the quality assurance of multiple projects by performing load tests and assisting field teams to ensure work is completed safely and accurately. His diverse background across various trades gives him a strong appreciation for the challenges faced by crews in the field, and he approaches every task with diligence and respect for the craft.

Before joining Steele, Paul gained hands-on experience across several blue-collar industries, developing a strong work ethic and a deep empathy for tradespeople — a perspective that guides his approach to teamwork and problem-solving today.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from George Mason University.
