Drake I & II/First Baptist Church
The Drake project incorporated an existing church and apartment building into one large development, including office space, between the Scott and DuPont Circle areas of Washington, DC.
Baker Furniture
This project involved lowering the current basement level for a two-story retail space in Georgetown, to accommodate a new tenant requiring increased headroom for their showroom.
The Narrative
This project entailed the replacement of Christ Lutheran Church with a new church facility and a mixed-use development.
3220 Prospect Street Condos
Located in Georgetown, one of Washington, DC’s renowned neighborhoods, this project involved replacing a parking lot with a 115-unit condominium building, featuring a basement level ranging from 10 to 20 feet below the surrounding grades.
1313 L St. NW
This project consisted of repurposing an existing office building into a 222-unit apartment community in DC’s central business district.
Howard University Residential Building Phase 1
This university residence building project included an 8-story mixed-use complex, featuring below-grade parking, located right next to the Shaw/Howard University WMATA station and tracks, positioned 5-to-10 feet away to the east.
